What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email address and whatever you tell us about your requirement. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, including IP address and browser, for security purposes.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

What we use it for

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, to send you matching properties, and to keep a record of the transaction if one follows. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell enquiry data. We do not forward your number to developers or other agents unless you have specifically asked us to, on a named project.

Where a transaction requires it — a bank, an advocate, the sub-registrar — we share only what that step needs, and we tell you first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are retained for two years and then deleted. Transaction records are kept for eight years as required for tax and statutory purposes.

Your choices

Write to info@dharmarealtors.com and we will send you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.
