About the listings

Listing details — area, price, floor, possession date and amenities — are provided to the best of our knowledge and are indicative. Carpet, built-up and super built-up areas are stated as supplied by the owner or developer and should be verified against the sale deed and approved plan before you commit.

Each listing shows the date it was last verified in person. Prices move; treat anything older than three weeks as a starting point and confirm with us. Projects in Maharashtra are registered under MahaRERA and those in Gujarat under Gujarat RERA — the registration number shown is the one that governs.

No offer or advice

Nothing on this site is an offer, and nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice. The EMI calculator is an illustration using the standard reducing-balance formula and does not represent an offer of credit from any lender.

Brokerage

Brokerage is agreed in writing with each client before viewings begin. Where a developer pays us a channel-partner commission on a booking, we disclose that to you.

The text, layout, graphics and code of this website belong to Dharma Realtors. Property photographs may belong to the respective owners or developers and are used with permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, whichever of our three cities the property is in.
